Our goal is to support DMH-DDD by promoting safe, affordable, accessible, quality housing for all individuals with developmental
disabilities. Our partnership strives to provide housing tools and resources to promote integration within the community. 

​Missouri Development of Social Services-
Show-Me Home
Show-Me Home is a program in Missouri designed to assist adults with disabilities and older adults in transitioning from institutional settings to community living. This initiative is part of the Money Follows the Person (MFP) program, which aims to promote independence and improve the quality of life for participants.
